On June 20, Bev, Raymond and his wife
Donna and I left on a 3,400 mile journey across 7 states to attend the
Black Hills Rendevous which was a part of the Vulcan Riders and Owners
Club annual gathering.
The event was scheduled to take place in the Black Hills of South
Dakota in the town of Custer.
The first day we left from Moorpark California and the ride was planned
to take us through Las Vegas and into Cedar City Utah for the first
night.
Like most drives to Las Vegas, traffic was an issue- we had a 45 minute
delay when an overturned truck shut down the 15 freeway.
