We pulled into the Lake Havasu Ramada Inn at about 5:30 MST, a little late, so I changed our dinner reservations for 7pm at Mudsharks. Doc was waiting for us in the parking lot of the hotel when we arrived. He has spent a day at Arizona Bike week and rode from Tucson that day to meet us for the night. Very cool of him to do that too! He had bike trouble when he was leaving home- his throttle cable broke on his Harley, and it took 4 –hours to get it repaired.
The hotel was nice and right around the block from the restaurant. We met in the bar of the hotel from drinks before walking over to the restaurant- there my friend Gayle showed up and quickly became friends with Sparky. She lives in Lake Havasu.
