Soon we were back on the road for the short ride over the incredible Glen Canyon Bridge to the Glen Canyon Visitor Center. This bridge was amazing. It crossed the dam near Lake Powell. A few of us went inside the Visitor Center, and because of the 911 restrictions, everyone had to go through metal detectors. So…. off came the chaps, jackets… chains… knives… Most of us stayed outside- we didn’t want to deal with taking off the leather.
