We ate at Oxana Mexican Restaurant. The food was okay; they really could not accommodate anything special, like leaving the guacamole off of the plate or no cheese…. Meeting us at the restaurant was Dennis’s friend Fabian who made the ride by himself, and was leaving in the morning. Also at dinner was HrdwrMark’s friend who lives in the area. We celebrated Bev’s birthday tonight too.
Following dinner, we rode back to the hotel where I mentioned that we were going to have a 6:30 am Red Rocks Loop ride for those interested, nothing like sunrise over the Red Rocks! From there it was to bed and a nice nights sleep.
